The Whole Story in 120 Seconds.
A signature event has to do two jobs at once. It has to honor the people at the center of it, and it has to raise money. When the printed pieces feel like they came from different places, guests feel the seams and the ask lands flat.
The 2026 Youth of the Year Celebration brought supporters to the Lee Wetherington Club to hear six finalists, chosen from 35 teen candidates, tell their own stories. The night carried a western-casual theme and needed print materials that matched it from the first mailer through the moment of giving.
We designed the full print suite: invite booklet, insert, envelope, program booklet, and pledge card. Every piece shared the same theme and visual system, so the invitation that arrived in the mail set the tone the room delivered on.
Guests moved through a single, consistent experience. The invite booklet and insert set expectations, the program booklet guided the evening and gave the finalists a proper stage, and the pledge card made the ask feel like part of the night rather than an interruption.
Your event materials are the only part of the night a donor holds in their hands. When the whole set speaks with one voice, the story stays intact from the mailbox to the pledge card.
You Have a Bigger Story to Tell
An evening built around six teenagers deserved materials that held the room together. If you have a signature event coming up, let’s talk about the print suite that carries it from invitation to pledge.
