The Whole Story in 120 Seconds.
A themed gala lives or dies on the details. If the printed pieces don’t match the night you’ve promised, guests notice before the doors even open.
The Foundation’s 19th Annual Gala, Moonlight in Paris, was set for February 21, 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, with more than 500 guests and the honoring of its Champion of Youth. The invite and program needed to carry the Paris theme with the polish the venue and the audience expected.
We designed two pieces around the Moonlight in Paris theme: an invite card, front and back, and the program booklet. Both were built to match the tone of the evening and delivered print ready, so the files went straight to the printer without a hitch.
The invite set the tone the moment it hit the mailbox, and the program booklet carried the same look through the night. One consistent theme, from the first save-the-date to the table setting.
Guests form an impression long before they walk in. Print pieces that match the theme make the whole event feel considered, and give a fundraising night the polish its cause deserves.
You Have a Bigger Story to Tell
A gala this big deserves materials that match the moment. The right invite and program set expectations before a single guest arrives. If you have an event on the calendar, let’s talk about the pieces that carry your theme.
