As I formulate my thoughts for this week's message to you, I find myself using one word regularly when talking about this weekly effort to others: “consistency”.

All too often we try to replace consistency with intensity – thinking the outcome will be the same and we are consistently let down. (go figure). I’ve been a fan of Simon Sinek (the “start with Why” guy) for a while now and the video [linked here] continues to elaborate on the concept and conversation around the difference and importance of consistency over intensity.

When the right things are (consistently) done, they can permeate even the largest of organizations for the better.
