How does the creative process work for a recurring annual event?

Every year is a fresh start. We sit down with the Boys & Girls Club team well in advance and build the creative direction from scratch — rooted in that year's theme, honoree, and the look and feel of the room itself. We carry forward the institutional knowledge from previous years, but the design is always new.
